The house is available from March through to October; the prices shown below are per week. A deposit of £100 is required to make a reservation, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Arrival / Departure

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.  The accommodation will be available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

Cancellation

In the event that you have to cancel your holiday we will make every effort to re-let the week/weeks booked.  If we are successful in re-letting we will refund your balance in full once we have received the full payment for the re-let.  If we are unable to secure another booking we regret that no refund can be given.

Payment Method

Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or by cheque. Details will be provided when making your booking.
